Rob Davies is Livent’s Chief Administrative Officer, Asia Pacific. Before joining Livent, Rob led Human Resources for Dyson’s Engineering and Manufacturing operations in Asia.

He has over 20 years of HR and operations experience with companies such as Groupon, FIS and Barclays. Rob started his career in Western Australia, consulting to the mining and resources sector, and has held business leadership roles covering Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, where he has been based for the past 12 years.

Rob has a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Murdoch University and a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Curtin University.
